Headed up to the Dream Stream today for a few hours before the wind blew me off the river. Although very windy, the fishing was on fire when a proper presentation could be given. Fish were all over worms, caddis, and leech patterns. Just because it is a tailwater, do not limit yourself to fishing microscopic bugs. In a few hours I landed several fish over 18" and one that was pushing 24". When walking the river be sure you are fishing to the trout as the suckers are moving around in some of the faster water spawning. So save yourself the hassle of dealing with these slimy things by avoiding any fish that look light and dark two tone or are paired up.
